We are a fast-growing independent M&A advisory boutique with a strong track record of cross-border transactions across Europe-Middle East —Southeast Asia. We pride ourselves on delivering senior-level attention, bespoke solutions, and independent advice to entrepreneurs, corporates, and investors.

As we expand our coverage in the region, we are looking for an AVP/VP to play a key role in driving deal execution and supporting origination, working closely with our directors and partners.

 

What You will Do

  • Take ownership of end-to-end deal execution, from pitch to closing.
  • Build and review financial models, valuations, and strategic analyses.
  • Prepare and present client-ready materials (teasers, IMs, decks)
  • Work alongside the Director to originate new mandates and develop client relationships.
  • Coordinate due diligence with clients, investors, lawyers, and other advisors.
  • Mentor and guide analysts/associates in the team.

 

What We are Looking For

  • 6–10 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, M&A advisory, or private equity.
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills; able to run numbers independently.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – thrives in a lean, hands-on environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence to interact with senior clients and C-level executives.
  • Regional exposure to Southeast Asia is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or related field; CFA/MBA a bonus.
